Empowerment To Employment Urban Services YMCA Who We Are:

Our mission is to create viable pathways to enduring and sustainable employment for transitional age youth, ages 18-24.

The Empowerment to Employment (E2E) program was conceived out of a desire to ensure that youth are provided with the resources and opportunities required to reach their full potential We believe that if given the necessary tools, support, and training to succeed in a professional environment, our participants will flourish. Our strategic vision is that our youth will be able to surmount societal o

bstacles, building the personal and professional skills needed to not only to succeed in a profession of their choosing, but also to remain and thrive in San Francisco. Our participants will emerge from the E2E program dedicated to community enrichment and to supporting and inspiring the people around them. The strength and success of our unique program is dependent upon our amazing corporate and vocational sponsors. Our partners, who are invaluable members of the E2E community, provide our youth with mentorship, on-the job training, and employment placement. They directly contribute to shaping our youth into reflective, productive, and empowered members of our community!
