Breckinridge San Francisco Detachment 10 member George with members of the American Legion Riders Chapter 105 and Patriot Guard Riders escorted repatriated WWII USMC Veteran Helmut Behlert from Duggans Funeral Home to Golden Gate National Cemetery where the Marine Corps League General J.C. Breckinridge San Francisco Detachment 10 members Rick, Hank, Belmo, Bill S, George and Stan, ALR Chapter 105, PGR, USV, MCL and U.S. Marines for the 23d Regiment in San Bruno participated on a Firing Detail, Taps, folding and presenting the American Flag to the oldest surviving family member, his 92 year old niece.

Saturday, March 21, 2026, Marine Corps League General J.C. Breckinridge San Francisco Detachment 10 handed out Ribbons to our members that had earned them throughout the year. Plaques were also handed out to our Paymaster, Editor and Commandant who were stepping down. We wamt to congratulate and thank all our members that make us who we are, Proud Marines!

Thursday, April 3, 2026, Marine Corps League General J.C. Breckinridge San Francisco Detachment 10 celebrates the 101st Birthday of Luther Hendricks, USMC, WW2, Montford Point Marine. Luther attended the Marine Corps League General J.C. Breckinridge San Francisco Detachment #10 USMC 250th Birthday and was the Oldest Marine in attendance. We will celebrate his Birthday on April 11th at the 84th Anniversary of the Bataan Death March at the SFNC. Stop by and wish him a Happy Birthday
