The Foundation is welcoming two new Program Associates - U.S. Programs to the team to help improve grantmaking processes, relationships and insights. The Foundation is currently seeking a Program Associate - Global Programs. The Program Associate will work across the organization to ensure all grantmaking activities and projects run smoothly and meet expected deadlines. Program Associates also typically have some content knowledge about the program area – in this case, renewable energy, land use and agriculture. Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is a plus too.

Founded by the Evelyn & Walter Haas, Jr. Fund in 2005 as the Flexible Leadership Awards program, The LeadersTrust has grown beyond its Bay Area roots and has expanded nationally, currently serving nearly 150 organizations with critical capacity building and leadership development support.

The LeadersTrust seeks a dynamic leader with a strong equity lens and strong operational skills to guide the organization in executing its mission, implementing its vision and innovating in response to emerging organizational needs.
