American bison need our help. The Trump administration revoked bison grazing permits on public lands that are crucial to bison restoration to their native range on Montana’s northern prairie.

Now is the time to act. Let's show the administration that the public supports bison restoration from the park to the prairie and opposes policies that prioritize profit over conservation on our public lands.

The Trump administration's plans to undo the Roadless Area Conservation Rule would open millions of acres of pristine lands in the Tongass National Forest to logging and clear cutting of old-growth forests, threatening vital wildlife and the ancestral home of Alaska Native people.

Our clients in the Tongass have seen enough. It's time to let the forest heal.

The Trump administration is trying to undo essential forest protections, which will clear regulatory hurdles for industries that are after huge profits.

The Roadless Conservation Areas are home to some of America’s most beautiful natural wonders—including pristine forests, wild rivers, and breathtaking landscapes.

The Trump administration has proposed a rollback of the Roadless Rule, which has kept our wildest forests intact for 25 years, a move that could pave the way for a major increase in industrial logging.

Now, the public has a chance to weigh in before the rollback is finalized.

These are lands that belong to all Americans, not the timber industry.

The Trump administration is rolling back the Roadless Rule, which protects forests that are essential habitat for wildlife, beloved recreation areas, and critical to buffer climate change and prevent wildfires.

The public has a very short comment period to weigh in, and we need as many people as possible to act. Speaking out during a comment period makes a difference, even if we have leaders who don't want to listen. When we go to court, public comments help tell a story and hold the administration accountable. Comments also build public pressure and political momentum.

We only have 30 days to comment on the Roadless Rule. Take action at the link in the comments.

The Trump administration has just proposed to revoke the Roadless Area Conservation Rule, and we need your help.

We knew this was coming. In 2025, the Trump administration published an initial notice of intent to get rid of the roadless rule. In response, more than half a million Americans raised their voices in protest.

We now have another opportunity to speak up and tell the Trump administration that our forests belong to us, not to any one person or industry.

The Trump administration is taking steps to roll back the Roadless Rule, which currently protects tens of millions of acres of our public lands from logging.

The Roadless Rule "is the most important land protection measure of the last 60 years," explains Drew Caputo, VP of Litigation at Earthjustice. We've spent 25 years defending the Roadless Rule, and we won't stop now.

The end of "roadless rule" protections would open millions of acres of pristine forests to commercial use. Supporters say it will lead to better managed forests.

AI data centers' gas turbines and backup diesel generators are polluting the air in our communities.

But instead of protecting us, the Trump administration is using the AI boom as justification to gut pollution controls and the Clean Air Act. Tell the EPA to protect our air ⬇️

Tell the EPA you oppose its proposed rule that would allow AI data centers’ backup generators to avoid clean air rules and keep communities in the dark.

AI’s immense power demands are fueling an unprecedented boom of new data center construction, energy consumption, and pollution. The gas turbines and backup diesel generators that data centers use are polluting the air in our communities.

But instead of protecting us, the Trump administration is using the AI boom as justification to gut pollution controls and limit your right to have a say in what gets built in your neighborhood.

The Trump administration just took action to roll back the Roadless Rule, which has protected forests for over 25 years.

The proposed roll back jeopardizes nearly 45 million acres of undeveloped forestland. These forests are only intact because of the Forest Service's commitment not to build roads in these areas for logging and other industrial development.

An increase in these industrial activities would worsen climate change, destroy recreation areas, put the lands at greater risk of wildfire ignitions, destroy wildlife habitat, and threaten drinking water sources.

We've spent 25 years defending the Roadless Rule, and we won't stop now.
