Earlier this week, Eli Lilly and Company announced the discontinuation of their investigational gene therapy LY3884963 (formerly PR006) for participants with progranulin-related FTD (๐˜Ž๐˜™๐˜•-FTD), citing a lack of compelling efficacy. Data are expected to be shared at a future scientific meeting.
