Our team kicked off the new school year with a little outdoor retreat! 🌲🌳🪵

Our teamwork came in handy as we took on a Geocaching adventure, putting our problem-solving skills and collaborative spirit to the test. It was a fun way to step away from our laptops, enjoy the great outdoors, and spend some quality time together. 🫶

We had a great time exploring, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company—and we’re heading into the new school year feeling refreshed, excited, and ready to go! (Missing Erica.)

Day 2 & 3 Highlights from the Beacon Director Leadership Summit ☀️

“Love that Roots Us, Community that Grows Us” was at the heart of our time together. 💚

Stepping away from site and gathering at Westerbeke Ranch Conference Center gave the Beacon Directors the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Together, we focused on leadership, our inner child and career paths while prioritizing wellness, collaboration and connection, appreciation, and opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

We’re grateful for the time to learn from one another, strengthen our connections, and continue growing together as a community of leaders. 🌱

Shout-out and big appreciations to the directors on the planning team:
⭐ Anttwan Stanberry
⭐ Esme Acosta
⭐ Jasmine Esparza
⭐ Kim Smith
⭐ Lizeth Alonzo Ramos
⭐ Natty Linares
⭐ Nikki West
⭐ Zoila Bonilla
⭐ Diana Diaz for the beautiful logo!
