T R A N S I T I O N S

We took a looonnnngg hiatus in 2023 and came back in 2024 with a splash, energized to focus on one thing and one thing only: our community. In 2023 we took time to reflect, learn, rest, and dream and we can’t wait to show you what we have been working on ✨️

Which is why we are excited to re-introduce our monthly IRL courage community series, Cup of Courage 🧡 Each month we partner with local small businesses and gather an intimate group of curated women to listen, share, be heard, and feel seen about a topic. The event is free, private, and designed and built with community in mind. This month’s February theme has been TRANSITIONS. Have you been in a space of transition?

Swipe to see some of the golden nuggets some of our Catalysts shared the other night and how to sign up for notifications to join an upcoming gathering!

Image Repost from Catalyst ⚡️

The collective fury pouring out on to the streets is a result of decades of oppression against women in Iran. The death of 22 year old Mahsa Amini has led to the bursting open of 44 years of Iranian women’s struggle against unjust laws and lack of control over their bodies and sexuality.

No matter where you are, who you are, how you love, or who you love — there is a piece of Mahsa Amini in all of us. Because when one is oppressed, all are.

We remind you, Catalysts, courage takes many forms. Today, we encourage you to channel yours by sharing the stories of Iranian women who are catalyzing courage for a generations to come. Sharing, liking, engaging in conversation, brining curiosity over judgment are all ways to practice and catalyze courage — near and far.

Happy Catalysts✨

Each year this month formally celebrates the histories, cultures and contributions of U.S. Hispanic and Latino communities and their influence to American society at large.

Did you know Hispanic Heritage Month began as a single week when it was first introduced in 1968 by California Congressman George E. Brown? The push to recognize the contributions of the growing Hispanic and Latino community had gained momentum throughout the 1960s when the civil rights movement was at its peak with a growing awareness of the United States' multicultural identities. 11 years later on September 14, 1989, President George H.W. Bush became the first president to declare the 31-day period from September 15 to October 15 as National Hispanic Heritage Month. Like all cultures and heritage, the Hispanic and Latino community is not a monolith and there is much rich culture, history, nuances, and contexts to keep in mind, all of which have played such a meaningful and lasting difference on society at large.

Every week we’ll be sharing some “Courage Workouts” to flex our courage muscles as engaged learneres of this meaningful month, and not just bystanders. This week, we’re sharing 3 question prompts to engage in meaningful, courageous conversation 💡 SWIPE and enjoy the workout 💛
