Balboa Village Merchants Association Balboa Village is what we are calling our neighborhood! We are the merchants association for the businesses on Balboa Street in Outer Richmond district.

Building a Thriving Outer Richmond Community for All. Balboa Village Merchants Association was established in 2015, after a dedicated efforts of local merchants and local school PTA's alike.

With businesses celebrating 20 years or more of standing on the strip to newer businesses flourishing the last 5 years, our corridor is one of the most vibrant in the San Francisco.

BVMA thrives to serve the businesses on the strip, as well as to help develop a vibrant neighborhood that residents can enjoy and love.
​
Our goal is for all residents to know about all businesses in the corridor. With the help of social media and combined effort from merchants and local government, we are getting there one step at a time.

The 12th Annual BalBOOa Fright Fest is coming up on Saturday, October 31st!

Join neighbors and local merchants as we Trick-or-Treat down Balboa Street from 33rd and 41st Avenue! Stop by our beloved neighborhood shops, show off your costumes, and join the scavenger hunt!

The Balboa Village Merchants Association is teaming up with local Balboa merchants, Full Life Christian Church, and Terra School to create a fun Fall day in the neighborhood!

Visit participating Merchants along Balboa Street between 33rd to 41st Avenue to collect stamps for the scavenger hunt! Bring the completed sheet to the scavenger hunt table at Terra School yard (Balboa & 39th Ave), or Full Life Christian Center (Balboa & 37th Ave) by 4pm to redeem your reward.

Trick-or-Treat & Scavenger Hunt at participating businesses
Pumpkin painting at Creative IQ
Hot chocolate at La Promenade
Bucketheads: Pumpkin bucket art show at Eye and Hand Society 10/17
Games at Full Life Christian Center TBA
Games at Terra School TBA
