Congrats to our Chorus brothers performing as part of GAPA Dance Collective at the National Q***r Asian Pacific Islander Alliance West Coast Community Reception: Performance Showcase, with a lineup of Bay Area artists whose work moves across drag, dance, poetry, and music.

GAPA Dance Collective joins Mocha Fapalatte, Hennessey Williams, Redd FaFilth, Terisa Siagatonu, Steven Cong, and The Rice Rockettes (Chai Auntea & Susshi Rollita) in a space where QTAPI artists take up the stage on their own terms, bringing together performance, storytelling, and community. Turn it up for “A Q***r Lunar New Year,” in celebration of GAPA's 38th Anniversary! Co-presented by the Chan National Q***r Arts Center & GAPA, we will ring in the Year of the Horse with some of the Bay’s best and brightest QTAPI voices.

GAPA Men’s Chorus joins an electrifying lineup of QTAPI performers, including GAPA Dance Collective, Nā Lei Hulu i ka Wēkiu, Mabuhay Bi***es, Masala Mahal, Rice Rockettes, Royales, and SGI Dance Collective. Plus appearances from our reigning GAPA Royalty, Mx GAPA 2025 The Indigo Menace, Miss GAPA 2025 Quinn Amann Krunch, and Mr. GAPA 2025 Seika Ryu.

We are also excited to recognize Connie Chan (George Choy Community Ally Award), BAPHR (Doug Yaranon Organization Ally Award) and Patrick Makuakāne (Donald Masuda Vanguard Award). Lastly, we will be announcing the 2026 GODZY Award recipient, GAPA's highest honor.

Thank you to South Bay Q***r & Asian for welcoming GAPA Chorus to the sbQA Thanksgiving Potluck & Fundraiser! It was especially inspiring to hear Keynote Speaker San Jose City Councilmember Anthony Tordillos, the first Filipino-American and the 3rd gay man elected to the council. Combined with the food and fellowship, it's a wonderful way to help celebrate the holiday season.
