Nearly 90% of food available in Hawai'i is imported

The Climate Resilient & Agricultural Innovation Hub for Women Farmers of Hawai'i County aims to change that. The Hub is working to increase local food production, decrease dependency on imports, diversify its rural economy, and move Hawai'i toward greater food self-reliance.

Climate interventions fail to account for women’s & girls’ realities in climate crises. The Action Coalition on Feminist Action for Climate Justice will implement concrete commitments for an inclusive future.

Women & girls’ environmental activism needs more funding. The Forum Action Coalition on Feminist Action for Climate Justice will ⬆️ direct access to financing for gender-just climate solutions, especially at grassroots & rural levels.

In order to transition to an inclusive, green economy, the Forum Action Coalition on Feminist Action for Climate Justice is enabling women and girls to take up leadership positions in sectors 🌏

In a climate crisis, women & girls may face violence, healthcare needs, economic hardships & other impacts. The Forum Action Coalition on Feminist Action for Climate Justice wants to build women & girls’ resilience against these risks.

Having more data = more knowledge to inform policies 📝🌱🌍 The Forum Action Coalition on Feminist Action for Climate Justice aims to increase the collection and use of data on the gender-environment nexus.
