OneJustice’s Phil Hwang and Robert White valued the opportunity to participate in this year’s ABA Equal Justice Conference in North Carolina alongside Monica Eav Glicken from Public Law Center and join legal aid leaders from across the country for an important conversation on strategic leadership and innovation in the sector.

During their interactive session, “Catalysts for Change: The Strategic Role of Leaders in Program Innovation & Mission Advancement," the OneJustice team and Monica explored how legal aid leaders can move beyond day-to-day management to become catalysts for organizational change by navigating competing priorities, strengthening alignment across stakeholders, and advancing visionary leadership within their organizations.
