This Earth Month we’re celebrating the true meaning of “good food” where sustainability meets seriously good taste 🌎🌱

Born out of a mission to bring together values-driven crafters across the country, Good Food continues to build community around better practices and better food.

Chukar Cherries created a new way to harvest cherries that would have otherwise been discarded, Evie’s Snacks use regenerative farming practices to grow their pecans, For Good Granola champions buckwheat (a sustainable cover crop), Shrubbly makes innovative beverages with climate-smart ingredients, Saba honors seasonality, and Marshall’s Haute Sauce works to preserve their region’s agricultural bounty. These are just a select few of the hundreds of Good Food crafters who put their best foot forward to support our environment!

Grains weren’t the only thing we were busy tasting this weekend — we also hosted the 2026 Good Food Awards Blind Tasting & Judging for the Oils Category at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco.

This category celebrates some of the country’s best fruit, nut, and seed oils, all crafted by producers who meet our rigorous standards for quality and sustainability.

Last weekend we hosted the 2026 Good Food Awards Blind Tasting & Judging for the Grains Category at the Civic Kitchen in San Francisco. And let’s just say, it was a very good day to love grains!

Our judges tasted their way through cereal grains, legumes, pasta and tortillas to identify the top-scoring products from each region, all of which meet our rigorous vetting standards.

Winners will be announced in NYC! Join us at the Good Food Mercantile at the Summer Fancy Food Show on June 28 to celebrate.
