Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Oakstop Telegraph from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, for an engaging and interactive workshop that brings together firm owners and leaders from a range of practice types to share insights from their professional journeys and day-to-day operations. This session offers a unique opportunity to learn how different paths in architecture and design can lead to leadership—whether through starting your own practice or growing within an established firm.

Participants will break into focused groups: those interested in launching their own firm and those aiming to advance into leadership roles. Through guided discussions and collaborative table exercises, each group will identify key skills, strategies, and steps needed to reach their goals.

The workshop will conclude with a dynamic conversation featuring industry leaders, who will reflect on participant ideas, share real-world experiences, and offer practical advice on navigating leadership in today’s evolving design landscape.

Food and beverages will be provided.
