Thank you to everyone who came to my Drag Laureate step-down event yesterday. It was such a joy to welcome , our new Drag Laureate, into the role. And it was so special to enjoy ’ last musical cabaret with so many talented singers. It was a bittersweet night, but full of joy and hope for the future.
Speaking of the future, I want to remind you all that Oasis Arts isn’t going anywhere. While we won’t operate in the same building anymore, I have every intention of continuing to produce and direct shows and events and carry that unique Oasis energy into new places. On this , consider making a donation to Oasis Arts. It supports costs around closing up our shop & settling our debt, as well as contributing to the future of q***r art in San Francisco.
