Hey Tenderloin Family, please let’s help our friends over at Tenderloin Museum, they are going through some challenges right now. Below is from them, link also in our bio:

“On June 27, Tenderloin Museum experienced severe water damage that originated in the residential portion of The Cadillac Hotel, above our ground-floor space, affecting our lobby and portions of the exhibition space. We closed our doors to assess the damage and begin repairs. Since then, we’ve learned the repairs needed are more extensive than we first thought. We’re remaining closed while this work is completed, with a goal of reopening this fall. How quickly we get there depends in real part on the support of this community.

This fundraiser exists to help fund what it takes to fully bring the Museum back, including lost operating revenue during our closure and long-term improvements that will help protect the Museum from future water damage.

Every gift, however large or small, brings us one step closer to reopening.”

We love hanging out with the immersion students at Faithful Fools! On Friday, Sarah (Sarah Hebert-Johnson) and Nazelah (Nazelah Jamison) did some writing and Theater of the Oppressed with the St. Ignatius students, and Saturday Joel Yates, Ray Orfiano, and Dennis McCauley facilitated a showing of our Skywatchers documentary. A lovely time was had by all!🥰
