We are so excited to welcome Julie Ghosh as our new Executive Director! With over a decade of experience in education and nonprofit work supporting youth most impacted by systems not designed for their success, she brings deep expertise to Oasis for Girls as we continue empowering girls and young women of color in San Francisco.

Prior to Oasis, Julie served as CEO of Downtown Streets Team, a nonprofit homelessness advocacy organization. Prior to that, her career spanned leadership roles advancing economic mobility for students at the College of San Mateo, leading youth health advocacy in the East Bay, and launching an equity-centered food and housing support program at SF State for under-resourced students. Driven by gratitude for the mentors and programs that shaped her own journey, Julie is dedicated to creating spaces where the next generation of young women can discover exactly what they are capable of achieving.

✨SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY✨ The So-Youn Kim Memorial Scholarship application is open! Deadline is May 31, 2026. All graduating high school seniors who are current or former participants of Oasis for Girls are encouraged to apply.
