RACS was founded in 1977 as a Community Center for needs of socially, culturally and linguistically isolated Russian Seniors.

RACS serves seniors in San Francisco and provides a variety of social and community services, focusing on Russian Americans, as well as charity work world wide. We serve the finest authentic Russian cuisine
Every program offer nutritious, low-cost meals to seniors 60+ and adults with disabilities. Meals are served five days a week Monday through Friday
