Sidewalk outreach outside the San Francisco Planned Parenthood has been challenging the past couple of weeks. To best serve the clients and pedestrians passing by, as we offer our free community health resource brochures — to spread the news of life affirming support networks & services in the Bay Area, we cannot keep the violence committed by Planned Parenthood at the front of our minds. Focusing on parents’ needs — on hope and help — demands it. But that becomes impossible when watching people load red biohazard bags from the facility into the back of a white van.

Aborted bodies don’t disappear into thin air. Outside vendors whisk them away with the medical waste to take them off Planned Parenthood’s hands, so the business can stay in operation. Please take a moment to remember these children lost to abortion, and remember the importance of showing up with a gentle smile, to give mothers and fathers the gift of hope. 🕊️

Today Pro-Life San Francisco volunteered through the Archdiocese of San Francisco’s Restorative Justice Ministry to serve mothers who have experienced incarceration, domestic violence, poverty, and family separation. 💜

We made Mother’s Day cards that will be delivered inside San Francisco County Jails and helped celebrate moms in our community. 💌

We showed up! 💜

Today at the Oakland Superior Courthouse, Pro-Life San Francisco stood with RealOptions Obria in pre-trial hearing for the case The People of California v. Heartbeat International & RealOptions. ⚖️

Not alone—alongside the Thomas More Society legal team, RealOptions Obria staff, and pro-lifers from across the Bay Area. 🌁

This case is about women having the right to hear about every option available to them and in particular the choice to change their mind and save the life of their baby through Abortion Pill Reversal.

It’s always a joy connecting with people during our community Sidewalk Outreach outside Planned Parenthood. Today we saw new and familiar faces, including members of the Legion of Mary sharing their love for parents and unborn children through prayer, and Cynthia, who stopped by with bottled water and snacks. 😊

As we left, we made sure options were still within reach through our health & community resource brochure. We’re grateful for ALL the advocates and supporters who keep the BayAreaReproCare directory online and available. 💜

Catholics in our audience are welcome to join the Legion of Mary’s pro-life efforts every 3rd Thursday of the month at 10am for prayers and a neighborhood walk. 🚶‍♀️

Double dose of court support this Friday ⚖️⚖️

Can’t make it to San Francisco the morning of the 17th for Anastasia’s trial? Show up in support of RealOptions in Oakland! 🌳 Come to the Davidson Courthouse by the Lake Merritt BART Station at 10am (originally 4/15 at 1:30pm). 🗓️

California Attorney General Rob Bonta is suing RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics to stop them from advertising Abortion Pill Reversal, a progesterone therapy protocol used to counter the effects of mifepristone. People who change their minds about aborting and want to keep their babies deserve support, and RealOptions should be allowed to continue standing in the gap without government harassment.

The Oakland hearing will take place in the Department 18 courtroom. Spread the word!

🚨 BREAKING: VINDICATED AFTER NEARLY A DECADE! All remaining charges against pro-life undercover journalist David Daleiden from The Center for Medical Progress have been DISMISSED and his record EXPUNGED.

In today’s hearing, the judge didn’t just rule—he saw through it. He even chuckled at the abortion lobby’s last-minute attempts to intervene, calling out their weak arguments and making clear: they had no legal standing and no voice in this case.

Their effort to drag this out—and make a final show of force—failed.

Local pro-lifer Rosemary in the hallway said it best: “David is vindicated!”

After nearly 10 years, the truth is breaking through.

In just one hour with 40 Days for Life, 7 people received resources connecting them to real support and healthcare. And even abortion workers admit: when we’re present, appointments drop. The impact is real. 7 pro-lifers showed up. 3 abortion escorts did as well. How will you show up for the babies and their families?
