One Pot Red Curry Dumpling Soup🥟 (no chopping required!)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp thai red curry paste
2 cups water
1 can coconut milk (1 1/2 cup)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup edamame
8 frozen dumplings
salt to taste
garnish options: fried onions, chopped fresh coriander
Instructions:
Add the red curry paste to a pan and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the water and coconut milk, then bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the edamame, soy sauce, and salt to season the broth.
Add the frozen dumplings and cook until heated through, then finish with your favorite toppings and garnish.
