One Pot Red Curry Dumpling Soup🥟 (no chopping required!)

This cozy, plant-forward bowl from S+F recipe creator comes together in minutes & is full of bold flavor and simple ingredients. The creamy coconut broth, tender dumplings, and bright pops of edamame make this a nourishing, satisfying, and easy to make any night of the week😌

Yields: ~2 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tbsp thai red curry paste
2 cups water
1 can coconut milk (1 1/2 cup)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup edamame
8 frozen dumplings
salt to taste
garnish options: fried onions, chopped fresh coriander

Instructions:
Add the red curry paste to a pan and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the water and coconut milk, then bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the edamame, soy sauce, and salt to season the broth.
Add the frozen dumplings and cook until heated through, then finish with your favorite toppings and garnish.

10 MINUTE PEANUT SIZZLE NOODLES!!

This easy to make, savory noodles dish is the perfect meal to add to your 30 day Support+Feed pledge journey. Thank you for sharing this with us!🥜🍝

Here’s how to make it⬇️

Ingredients
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 small shallot, diced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp chile crisp
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
3 tbsp white sesame seeds
3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1/3 cup avocado oil (or other neutral, high-heat oil)
8 oz brown rice udon noodles (or noodles of choice)

for garnish: sesame seeds, green onions, or roasted / chopped peanuts

Instructions:
Cook noodles according to instructions on the package. (drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water)
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except the oil.
Heat the oil until it begins to smoke, then pour over the ingredients in the pan.
Whisk immediately until sauce is well incorporated. add the noodles.
Mix - add some reserved pasta water if needed.
Serve immediately, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

From coast to coast, Support+Feed had a busy Earth Month 🌏

We celebrated our planet through farmers markets, cooking classes, climate summits, and meal distributions and deliveries across 11 cities nationwide. Here is a look at one day of our work in New York City, Detroit, and LA🥕🥦

Throughout the month, we worked to ensure our communities had access to planet-friendly meals, alongside educational resources on how plant-based eating supports the planet, our health, and each other 🫂

Nutrition matters.

More than 5 billion people worldwide (over 60% of the global population) are affected by inadequate intake of essential micronutrients.

This is driven by many factors, including the rising cost of food, limited access to fresh, nourishing options, and increased reliance on shelf-stable, highly processed foods.

When access is limited, health outcomes suffer.

That’s why we’re so grateful to help provide fresh produce to patients at in New York—supporting nutrition where it’s needed most🥬🍊

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), food prices are expected to rise by nearly 3% in 2026 🤯 It may not sound like much, but any increase places an even greater strain on families who are already struggling to make ends meet.

These increases are driven by a mix of factors, including geopolitical events, disease affecting livestock and crops, global supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and more.

For many families, this means harder choices at the grocery store and less access to fresh, nourishing food. That’s why it’s more important than ever to show up for our communities and help provide accessible, plant-based food options that support both people and the planet.
