Last year, your advocacy helped secure a major victory for California's film and television industry. Together, we won expanded funding and key improvements to the California Film & Television Jobs Program to help keep production in our state. 🎞️🎬

A recently enacted budget bill, SB 122, includes changes that could undermine the program by reducing the value of tax credits for qualifying productions after financial decisions have already been made. Changing the rules after the fact creates uncertainty for producers and weakens confidence in California's incentive program at a time when our industry can least afford it.
