This month is packed with community, races and one of our favorite traditions, taking on Bay to Breakers as San Francisco FrontRunners Centipede Team for the third year!

We are proud to share that SF FrontRunner Coach Devesh will be leading a FREE 8 week Group Coaching Program for the Pride Run and Valencia Gay Games 10K races! This program is for those that have a few 10K races, run 15-25 miles a week consistently, and want to get faster. The boot camp will start May 2 and consist of 4 runs a week. Three of the runs will coincide with our Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday runs. In addition, Coach Devesh will host a track workout on Mondays at Kezar Stadium. You can sign up for the free 10K Group Coaching at the link in bio! Hurry before spots fill up!

Coach Devesh is an RRCA Certified Run Coach. You can train 1:1 with Coach Devesh for any race of any distance, whether it’s your first race, or you want to get faster. Beyond the Pride Run 10K, now is a great time to start training for the Gay Games or SF Marathon. We can’t recommend Coach Devesh highly enough! He has been running 20+ years, having run 167 marathons (17 SF Marathons) and all 7 Majors, with a PR of 3:19. Coach Devesh will be donating 10% of any coaching fees back to SF FrontRunners. FrontRunners was out in full force yesterday to support a fantastic musical double header.

Our talented members traded their running shoes for stage lights and instruments, performing with both the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus and the Bay Area Rainbow Symphony .

It’s incredibly inspiring to see our community’s talent shine so brightly beyond the track! We couldn’t be prouder to cheer them on!
