Meet pop-up activator Rosalind Bakery serving artisanal bread 🍞 and pastries 🥐

Owner Matthew Kosoy’s mission is to create exceptional naturally leavened breads and croissants. Rosalind Bakery partners with farmers in Half Moon Bay and Pescadero to bring real farm-to-table food to San Francisco and the greater bay area. Founded just south of San Francisco in Pacifica, Rosalind’s built a dedicated fanbase of their outstanding baked goods. This pop-up is their first brick and mortar location in San Francisco. 💗

As the San Francisco Chronicle says, “Rosalind Bakery makes incredible sourdough. The Coastside Sourdough ($13) has a shiny, holey web of gluten with a pronounced tang. For something subtly sweet and nutty, try the Walnut Rosemary ($13). It really wakes up with a smear of jam or butter.”

Their massive loaves make an excellent addition to holiday tables.

🏃 Go try their delicious baked treats 🥖 and pair it with beautifully poured coffee ☕ And if you’re feeling generous, bring a friend with you and treat them too!
