Transformative justice is about addressing harm, whilst also asking about the underlying dynamics that created conditions for this harm to happen in the first place. It asks not only about the individuals involved, but asks us to consider how we all might be contributing to those dynamics and systems that lead to harm.

For transformative justice to become part of our culture, we all need to learn how to find our own individual, and collective accountability. These are muscles that we need to grow, and we can grow them together.
