LaSaaun Lives Foundation LaSaaun Lives Foundation promotes awareness, education, mental health wellness resource advocate

LaSaaun Lives Foundation seeks support from local community organizations, small businesses, and corporate leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area to help bring healing by fighting mental health for families that have experienced a Stillbirth and Infant loss. Our programs are designed to directly impact these families and help to improve their overall well-being through holistic and wellness healing

services, care packages to maternity delivery wards, and education workshops in our local communities. These programs are underfunded and your help will directly impact a grieving family who has and will experience a stillbirth and infant loss.

Hi village family. Friendly reminder to mark your calendars for 6/13. The Family Village will not be at the Bayview YMCA for our regular event. We will return in July. Stop by the Bayview Juneteenth event and you will see some of us and our partners there in community. Please help us spread the word.

Day 5: Cranberry Cleanse ❤️

Berry Focus:
Cranberries

Healing Focus:
Refresh, balance, and release

Action:
Add dried cranberries to a salad, oatmeal, trail mix, or grain bowl. You can also add unsweetened cranberry juice to water for a refreshing hydration boost.

Reflection:
“What am I ready to clear out of my routine?”

Body-Soul Alignment:
Cranberries remind us that cleansing is not only about the body. Sometimes we need to clear out old habits, heavy thoughts, rushed mornings, poor hydration, or stress patterns that keep our body and spirit feeling overloaded.

Today’s Mini Practice:
Before eating or drinking your cranberry wellness choice, take one deep breath and say:

“I release what drains me. I choose what restores me.”

Day 5: Cranberry Cleanse ❤️

Today is about refresh, balance, and release.

Cranberries remind us that wellness is not just about adding healthy things. Sometimes healing also means clearing out what no longer supports us.

That may be poor hydration.
That may be too much rushing.
That may be stress eating.
That may be negative self-talk.
That may be carrying everyone else’s pressure without checking in with your own body.

Today’s action: add dried cranberries to a salad, oatmeal, trail mix, or grain bowl. You can also add a splash of unsweetened cranberry juice to water for a refreshing hydration boost.

Reflection for today:
What am I ready to clear out of my routine?

Nourish. Hydrate. Heal.
One berry at a time.

Day 4: Blackberry Grounding 🖤🫐

Today we come back to the roots.

Blackberries remind us of strength, nourishment, and grounded energy. When life feels heavy, healing does not always mean having all the answers. Sometimes it means pausing long enough to breathe, eat something nourishing, and remember that you are still standing.

Today’s action: add blackberries to a smoothie, yogurt bowl, oatmeal, or infused water.

Before you take your first bite or sip, place your feet on the floor, breathe deep, and ask yourself:

What keeps me grounded when life gets heavy?

Nourish. Hydrate. Heal.
One berry at a time.

Day 3: Raspberry Reset ❤️

Today is about slowing down and listening to the body.

Raspberries bring us into the rhythm of reset. They remind us that wellness is not just about pushing forward. Sometimes healing begins when we pause, breathe, nourish our body, and give our system time to settle.

Today’s action: eat a small serving of raspberries with breakfast.

Let it be a gentle reminder to start the day with care instead of rushing straight into pressure.

Reflection for today:
Where do I need to slow down?

Nourish. Hydrate. Heal.
One berry at a time.

Today, we pause to honor every bereaved mother who carries love and loss in the same heart.

Your motherhood did not end.
Your bond did not break.
Your love still speaks through every memory, every breath, and every quiet moment of remembrance.

On International Bereaved Mother’s Day, LaSaaun Lives Foundation honors the mothers whose arms may feel empty, but whose hearts remain forever full of love.

We remember.
We honor.
We love.
