There's still time to register for our upcoming Faculty webinar, “The Many Faces and Ways of Mentoring.” If you're involved in or have an interest in teaching ophthalmologists and ophthalmic personnel, this webinar is for you. We'll provide essential training and practical tools like how to:

- Define mentoring and its importance in professional and personal development in ophthalmology.

- Compare different mentoring models, including traditional, distance, group, and speed mentoring, and their unique benefits and challenges.

- Apply effective communication and relationship-building strategies to create meaningful mentor-mentee partnerships.

- Explore technology's role in distance mentoring and remote ophthalmic surgery mentoring to expand global learning opportunities.
