🏡 Breaking ground on a first-of-its-kind ADU!
Tri-Valley REACH celebrated the groundbreaking of a brand-new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on Tanager Drive in Pleasanton — the first ADU of its kind funded through Alameda County's Measure A1 Bond to create affordable, permanent housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
Set for completion in early 2027, this 792-square-foot home will feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving two more adults with I/DD the chance to live independently in the community they love.
This milestone wouldn't be possible without incredible partners: Hello Housing, Alameda County, Bridgetown Construction, and Tri-Valley REACH, working together to expand affordable housing opportunities for some of our community's most vulnerable residents.
