From Startup to Starting 5, presented by Chase, brought together 40 local small businesses from our Alley-Oop Accelerator and Violet Book of Business cohorts to celebrate the passion, innovation, and momentum this community brings to the Bay Area.

At the heart of the event, Warriors alumnus Adonal Foyle moderated a dynamic panel packed with actionable insights on scaling a business. Founders networked across cohorts, gained key brand-building strategies, and capped off the day with custom gifting and tickets to see the Valkyries take on the Liberty.

We can’t wait to see where these visionary founders go next!

Impact Warrior Presented by PG&E. Lilla Pittman, affectionately known as “Coach,” is a radiant leader in Bayview Hunters Point. In 2014, she founded Feline Finesse Dance Company, offering free performing arts mentorship to young women ages 4 to 24.
By creating brave spaces for artistic expression, Coach Lilla empowers her students to reach their full potential through community stewardship—from feeding the homeless to advocating for social justice.
