SEED Alumni, Emily Lim and her James Beard Award-nominated is featured in ’s The 12 Best Restaurants for Solo Dining in San Francisco Excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for the solo diner! 🍽️

“Working downtown doesn’t mean the solo dining experience has to look like a power salad or a blender full of Soylent hurriedly quaffed at your desk. Go to James Beard Award-nominated Emily Lim’s Dabao Singapore. Her Singaporean dishes caused a stir through the pandemic, a lifeline for those stuck abroad. She moved into the Metreon and is easily the most sought-after lunch in the mall. Grab a bowl of laksa, order the sauces for 50 cents a piece, and post up somewhere throughout Yerba Buena.”

🌟ACE S1 Alumni Highlight:

One of Dabao Singapore’s goals while in ACE was to scale her operation so she could have more free space for self-care and also to work on longer term strategic projects.

In our coaching sessions, we provided them with support like:

💥introduction to San Francisco’s JobsNOW program to fund the hiring of new team members

💥 advising them through their application process into Chase Center’s Tastemaker program

💥 facilitated real estate tours for potential new spaces and expanded concepts

While she continues her search for her next dream space, Emily is still running her iconic weekly meal kit programming and seasonal community events. Definitely jump on that pre-order and attend one of her upcoming events!

🚀Ready to make your mark like Emily?

🌱Apply now for ACE Collective Season 2 and be part of history in the making in the SOMA Pilipinas District Commercial Corridor! ✨
