🎂 Yesterday should have been Mehdi Delkhosh’s 24th birthday. Instead, his family gathered at his grave. 🕊️💔

‎Today marks 6 months since the ⁦‪ ‬⁩ (Dey Massacre) — six months since the Islamic Republic murdered hundreds of Iranians whose only “crime” was demanding freedom. 🕯️

‎Mehdi Delkhosh was only 23 years old when he was shot and killed by Islamic Republic security forces on January 9, 2026, in Rasht. His only “crime” was standing beside his people and demanding a future worth living. ✌️🕊️

‎His father read him a poem. His mother wept, saying, “You were supposed to be the one standing behind me.” 💔 The dreams he never had the chance to fulfill now live only in the memories of those who loved him.

‎His aunt remembered a young man exhausted from work but full of hope, calling to say, “Auntie, I’m coming to your house.” He never made it home. 🏠💔

‎The bullet that pierced Mehdi’s heart stole far more than one life. It robbed a family of their son, a generation of another future, and Iran of another young dreamer. 🕯️

‎Yesterday was Mehdi’s birthday. Today, on the six-month anniversary of the ⁦‪ ‬⁩, we remember him alongside all those whose lives were stolen in the Dey massacre. Their names live on in the hearts of millions.

‎Happy 24th birthday, Mehdi. 🎂🖤 You are gone, but your story will never be forgotten.

🚨 Where is Milad Ebrahimi?

‎Milad Ebrahimi is a 30 year old Kurdish athlete and massage therapist from Kamyaran who was shot in the back with live ammunition by IRGC forces during the January 2026 nationwide uprising in Iran.

‎After emergency surgery, he was recovering at home and preparing for another operation due to a severe infection when agents of the Ministry of Intelligence raided his home and abducted him instead.

‎Since then, there has been no verified public information about his whereabouts, condition, or legal status. A wounded protester was denied medical care, disappeared into the Islamic Republic’s prison system, and seemingly erased.

‎Silence is exactly what this regime counts on. We cannot let Milad become another forgotten name.

‎📢 If anyone has credible information about Milad Ebrahimi’s whereabouts, health, or case, please reply to this tweet or DM me. Even the smallest verified update could make a difference.

🚨 Even After His Release, He Is Not Free

‎Habib Adabi survived prison—but his ordeal is far from over.

‎Iranian authorities have now referred his case to court on three politically motivated charges:
‎▪️ Assembly and collusion against national security
‎▪️ Membership in a group with the intent to disrupt national security
‎▪️ Propaganda against the regime

‎Although several accusations were dismissed due to a lack of evidence, prosecutors continue pursuing charges that could once again rob him of his freedom.

‎💔 The scars of his detention remain severe. Sources say Habib endured intense physical and psychological abuse while in custody. He recently underwent surgery for a hand injury sustained during that period and continues to suffer from lasting trauma.

‎⚖️ A court-appointed psychiatrist has reportedly concluded that the psychological damage caused by his detention is so severe that he is currently unable to endure imprisonment. Yet despite this medical assessment, authorities continue to prosecute him.

‎He was also denied access to a lawyer during his detention, while his family—especially his mother—has faced ongoing pressure and intimidation. Months after his release, authorities have still refused to return some of his personal belongings.

‎The persecution doesn’t end when the prison doors open.

This Saturday, Iranians will gather in Embarcadero Plaza in San Francisco to stand against the NIAC, Answer Coalition, PYM and CodePink crowd pushing “No War” and “Hands Off Iran” slogans while ignoring the Islamic Republic’s war on the Iranian people.

They chant about peace while staying silent about mass killings, torture and repression. We will not allow our community to be gaslit. We will not allow the regime’s narrative to hide behind activist slogans.

Over half a million lives have been impacted in recent weeks. Tens of thousands killed. Tens of thousands detained and tortured. Hundreds of thousands injured. The Iranian people are paying the price, and we refuse to let their suffering be erased.

If you believe in real solidarity with Iranians, show up.

Be there. Stand with the people. Let the truth be louder than propaganda.

Vahid Khodrikhah, 38, was arrested on January 20 in Mashhad. He spent some time in prison and was recently taken back to the detention center for interrogation. ⚠️
His charge is “enmity against God” (Moharebeh). He has no family advocating for him and has not been allowed access to a lawyer. 💔

Raise your voice for him. His life is in grave danger. 🆘

February 14 in Los Angeles was not just another gathering. It was a reminder. A reminder that distance does not erase duty. That oceans do not dilute identity. That diaspora Iranians carry Iran in their bones. From young students to elders who have waited decades for this moment, the streets of LA filled with voices that refused to be silenced. Hands held photos of the lost. Faces we never met but know by heart. Names that should still be alive. We showed up for the prisoners. For the families forced to bury their children. For the ones still fighting inside. We showed up because giving up is not an option. As a part of a call to action which saw 1.5 million + Iranians taking the streets with Mai. Hubs in LA, Munich, Toronto but spanning across 70+ cities total. We have never seen this level of cohesive activism and collective insistence on nationalistic values and regime change. Iranians showed with various acts such as cleaning the streets, giving g flowers to law enforcement , focusing more on the pictures of javidnaam, creative displays of our grief and pain; and much more. We are all in this together .

There were moments that will stay with me forever. When San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan began his heartfelt speech with the words “From San Jose to Tehrangeles,” you could feel the crowd exhale. It was recognition. It was solidarity. It was a bridge between cities, between communities, between those inside and those outside.

This was about more than slogans. It was about standing shoulder to shoulder, strangers feeling like family, grief turning into resolve. There was unity you could feel in the air. And beyond LA, people inside Iran saw these images. They saw their loved ones held high. They felt hope. They felt strength. They felt less alone.

We are scattered across the world but we are not divided. The message was clear. We are watching. We are connected. And we are not done.

This is a serious and escalating human rights crisis 🚨

In recent months and years, independent lawyers and human rights defenders in Iran have been systematically arrested, summoned, threatened, and imprisoned simply for doing their jobs ⚖️ This is not about isolated cases. It is about the deliberate dismantling of the independence of the legal profession and the public’s right to justice.

One of the latest cases is Mohammad Hadi Jafarpour, an attorney at law and human rights activist. He was arrested on 28 Dey 1404 (January 18, 2026) and transferred to Adelabad Prison in Shiraz. His detention is part of a wider, coordinated campaign to silence independent legal voices.

Among those currently detained, imprisoned, or directly targeted are Shima Qoushe, Mohammad Hadi Jafarpour, Enayatollah Karamati, Nazanin Baradaran, Mehdi Ansari, Jafar Keshavarz, Jafar Zarei, Mehran Ansari, Hossein Shokri, Zohreh Javani, Sepideh Taheri, Alireza Farzaneh Jajermou, Masoud Shirmardi Shah Qasemi, and Teimour Salari ⚠️ These names represent only half of the lawyers currently at risk.

When independent lawyers are silenced, their clients lose access to fair trials, due process collapses, and the entire justice system is weakened ⚖️🕯️ Detaining lawyers does not just violate their rights. It strips citizens of legal defense and removes one of the last remaining safeguards against abuse of power.

The international community, human rights organizations, bar associations, and global media must respond with urgency 🌍 Silence enables repression. Pressure saves lives. Independent lawyers must be released immediately.
