The Calvin Preston Foundation dedicates itself in helping underprivileged families with children whom are receiving treatment for cancer. The goal is to help by providing basic necessities during special times of the year. The Calvin Preston Foundation was founded in honor of Calvin Preston Velazquez. Calvin; a sweet, loving, smart and wise young little man was diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL) at the

age of 6 years old. What happened in the next year was a blur or hospitalizations, countless procedures and a bone marrow transplant. Sadly Calvin's body was exhausted and at the tender age of 7, Calvin passed away in the arms of his mother in March 2014 surrounded by love. We know from experience the trauma and discomfort these children face which is why we are vested in helping to create smiles, one child at a time.

Thank You for making our 2025 Holiday Toy Drive a big beautiful success!

We have our incredible community to thank; including our wonderful partners, collaborators, colleagues, local businesses, friends, family and the many wonderful strangers who became our CPF family!

Once again, we came together to make a meaningful impact for local pediatric oncology patients, as we nearly doubled last year’s number!!!

Together for our 2025 Toy Drive we collected a total of 2,838 toys and items donated to pediatric oncology patients.

Wowwww, Thank You! We are grateful for all the support!
