Over the last year we got to thinking....
How are we affecting the lives of those around us, how we interact, how we learn, and how we grow? And sometimes it's a hard and humbling experie
nce to admit that we DO simply need sometimes. That extra hug or time or love or a laugh or help learning or just a little coffee and conversation with your best buddy. But we also have a need to GIVE. Of our time. Our love. Our ideas. Our gifts. Our passions. And our talents. As I look all around us, I see not only a slew of fantastic teammates and employees of Cambridge, but I also see a larger community. A Cambridge Community full of some pretty amazing people (residents, owners, employees and by extension, their family and friends and networks) with some pretty amazing gifts and talents. And this community has the power to affect change and to give. I see the power of both that NEED and that GIVE as being a part of each of our souls. And at Cambridge, we began to question? Why do we always have to be framing the conversation around renting apartments? Why can't we simply just....be. Be a part of our (extended) Cambridge community and sharing our lives and hidden talents and helping to CREATE our community. Why not showcase our little Cambridge Community in a different way and show that our industry and our people give at our core every day. We are built for it. Thus was born . A way for us to harness the power of our little community. YOU reading this, no matter how you found us or how you got here. You are a part of our community and we want YOU involved with us!
