🎉 CECO Community Grants: Applications Now Open!
San Diego County Employees’ Charitable Organization (CECO) is officially accepting applications for our Community Grants, supporting local nonprofits with tangible items that make a real difference. We’re excited to launch this year’s application and partner with organizations that are doing the hard work in our communities. Since 1956, CECO has been fueled entirely by the generosity of County of San Diego employees and retirees, and 100% of every dollar donated goes right back into our community to support meaningful impact across the region.

Who should apply:
Nonprofit organizations serving San Diego County residents, especially programs that increase access, improve quality of life, and strengthen community wellbeing.

How to apply:
1. Review the guidelines
2. Complete the application
3. Submit by December 5th, 2025

📢 Coming Soon: 2026 CECO Grant Applications

The County Employees’ Charitable Organization (CECO) is preparing to open its 2026 Grant Application cycle in early November.

Each year, CECO awards grants to local nonprofit organizations that provide direct services to individuals in need throughout San Diego County.

Previous recipients include Altrusa International of San Diego used CECO funds to purchase cooling fans for their Senior Summertime Relief program.

Stay tuned for application details and deadlines — we can’t wait to support more organizations making a difference in our community.
