That’s why 10 % of my commission is donated to the 501(c)3 nonprofit of my client’s choice. I discovered through being a realtor a very powerful form a pleasure. t i provided helps people increase the quality of their lives, I discovered the ultimate level of pleasure. I’ve been inspired by many great people in life , especially Clement Eugene Harris (my Dad). He didn't come from much yet through great passion and hard work had a successfulI philantrophic business. In 2016 after the passing of my Dad i decided it was time to change my mindset of leaving a Legacy ( waiting until i got Rich) and instead LIVE one. Through the pain of his death my new business model was established. The reality that life is short and that if you have a burning desire to do something great, do it now. In Jamaica we have a saying ‘ one one cooco full basket’ and it simple means we can get to our goal by starting with the little we currently have. you don’t have to be rich to make a difference. Millions of ordinary people who you pass on the street every day--also give to charity, for the sake of making the world a better place, one dollar at a time. Whether you donate money or time, giving back is beneficial--and not just for the recipients. Research has shown that the old adage, “it’s better to give than to receive” is true after all. Cheers to new chapters, growing families, and beautiful beginnings 🍾🏡✨

Some clients leave a mark on your heart forever… and this adorable little family absolutely did that for me. If I’m counting my blessings, I’m definitely counting them 3 times 🫶🏾

From day one, they were responsive, motivated, kind, and truly just an absolute joy to work with through every step of the process. But what made this experience even more special was meeting their big, loving families. Coming from a big family myself, there’s something so heartwarming about being surrounded by that kind of love, support, laughter, and energy.

One of my favorite moments was simply sitting back and hearing the adults laughing together while the kids played nearby… the kind of moment that reminds you a house is never really about walls — it’s about the life and memories created inside of it ❤️

So grateful I got to be a small part of this next chapter. Wishing this sweet family endless love, peace, laughter, and unforgettable memories in their new home 🏡✨🍾
