Upcoming Volunteer Orientation: Are you ready to learn more or get started volunteering with Words Alive? We are excited to welcome you to our volunteer community.
Your first step is to attend a virtual volunteer orientation, which is required for all new volunteers. Orientations are held via Zoom and typically last about 30 minutes. Last Month, on Saturday, April 18, we had an incredible turnout at our KPBS Be My Neighbor Day! The event was again a big success with Words Alive staff and volunteers meeting with community members with a fun, family-oriented program focusing on how we can all do something to make our San Diego community even better.
