Pink Boots Society - San Diego The San Diego Chapter of Pink Boots Society is here to ASSIST, INSPIRE and ENCOURAGE female and/or no Pink Boots Society.

We are the female movers and shakers in the fermented and alcoholic beverage industry. We make fermented beverages with the highest possible quality. We are the women that own the companies, package the product, design the labels, serve the drinks, write about our industry – and just about everything in between. Most importantly, we teach each other what we know through our own seminar programs, a

nd we help each other advance both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house careers by raising money for educational scholarships. The Pink Boots Society is an international nonprofit and USA tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization.

Our meeting at Weir Beer Co. gave us the chance to focus on one of the most meaningful parts of Pink Boots: our Pay It Forward initiatives and scholarship opportunities.

From hearing directly from peers about their experiences, to learning more about the resources available within Pink Boots, this meetup was a powerful reminder that investing in education and supporting one another is what keeps this community growing stronger.

It was incredible to connect with both familiar faces and new members, share knowledge, and continue building pathways for women and non-binary individuals in the fermented beverage industry.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and to Jerry for sharing her Scholarship experience at Hop School in Yakima last year. Thanks to the Weir Beer team for hosting us and for feeding us!

The future of this industry is stronger when we continue to lift each other up.
