One of my favorite things about Milo is how gentle he is when he takes treats.
This is a 75-lb German Shepherd/Husky mix with some serious ears and little bottom teefies, and somehow he delicately takes a treat from your fingers like he’s afraid he might hurt you.
I really want people to get to know the little things that make Milo Milo, because I know his person is out there somewhere.

Milo is such an athletic guy! Apparently, all he needed was one FastCAT run to discover his true calling. 😂💨
For a 70-lb dog who spends a significant amount of his free time trying to convince you he is a lap dog, Milo can MOVE when he wants to.
Milo is the perfect combination of goofy, affectionate, playful, and athletic. He loves having fun, he loves his toys, and he absolutely thrives when he has something engaging to do.
Now he just needs a person who will appreciate all of his talents!

Meet Milo!
He’s 75 lbs.
He’s a German Shepherd/Husky mix.
He’s convinced he’s a lap dog.
And he’s still waiting for his person.
Milo is the kind of dog who makes it pretty easy to fall in love with him. He loves his toys, he’s extremely motivated by treats, and if you sit down anywhere near him, there’s a very good chance he’s going to make himself comfortable right next to you.
His favorite thing of all? Having his ears rubbed. He will happily melt into you while you scratch those ears all day long.
Milo is also a smart guy who has put in the work with his training and has experience working both on and off leash. He does well with big dogs with slow, appropriate introductions, but he cannot live with small animals.
He’s not looking for a perfect person or a perfect home. He’s looking for his person. Someone who will appreciate his goofy personality, continue his training, give him plenty of structure, and let him be the giant cuddle bug he believes himself to be.
And honestly… we’re having a hard time understanding why he hasn’t found them yet.
Maybe it’s you. 🐾❤️

POV: Rescue dogs get a whole bunch of brand new toys!

A HUGE thank you to KIPRITII_Servicefor donating so many toys to our little rescue! Watching these pups discover their new goodies was the best!
For a small rescue like ours, donations like this make such a difference. All of these pups deserve to be spoiled, loved and feel excited about life while they wait for their forever homes and KIPRITTI just helped make that happen💜🐾

Thank you for supporting rescue!!

Someone explain to me how the biggest, snuggliest lap dog in the world hasn’t been snatched up yet😭 Milo is still looking for the perfect home that will treasure him and love him forever. He is truly a gem of a dog
