If you've found yourself wishing you had a trusted person to brainstorm solutions, workshop a new strategy, or dive deep on a persistent challenge, Short-Term Situational Coaching may be what you're looking for.

This week our Fieldstone Coaches received training on this new iteration of our Coaching program, focusing on how they can best assist leaders as they navigate the complexities of nonprofit leadership. For up to 6-months you will be paired with a knowledgeable Fieldstone Coach so you can focus on what is most important to you and your organization.

Nonprofit leadership is challenging and especially so right now. USD’s recent State of Nonprofits and Philanthropy Annual Report found that 91% of nonprofit leaders say the emotional wellbeing of their employees is worsening.

It’s one of the reasons Fieldstone offers wellness programs. We know that the health of the sector depends on the health of its leaders.

Join us for an afternoon retreat on June 12, 11:45 am – 3:45 pm at Olivewood Gardens in National City. Our program is grounded in the tradition of the Center for Courage & Renewal founded by Parker J. Palmer.

This isn’t about the “what” or “how” of leadership but the “who”. We’ll reflect on what brought us to nonprofit work while cultivating a sense of community through small and large group discussions. All in a beautiful setting that includes a lunch fresh from the garden.
