From MUDGIRL to the Pink Army Foundation, we believe that when we come together, we can create meaningful support for Breast Cancer Fighters and help raise awareness beyond October.

Listening to yourself is also a way of moving forward. 💫

When navigating a breast cancer journey, there is no right way to do it and no pace you have to follow.

Listen to your body. Listen to your emotions. Respect your limits.
 And most importantly, give yourself permission to take what you need, when you need it.
Because taking care of yourself also means acknowledging what you’re feeling and trusting yourself.

Your body. Your feelings. Your pace. Listen to yourself.

Thank you Genevieve , for these words that remind us of the importance of listening to ourselves and trusting our own journey. 💗

Through personalized support in exercise, nutrition, and mental health, PATI helps breast cancer survivors rebuild their strength, confidence, and well-being.
Because it’s about more than recovery, it’s about thriving. 💖
