Our first event raising funds for the HAE Fired Up Foundation. This event is designed to create a safe and supportive space for survivors of sexual assault and their allies to engage in healing practices, foster empowering connections, and raise awareness about resources for survivors.

Through yoga and sound healing led by and meaningful discussions, we’ll promote holistic self-care while supporting our mission to assist survivors on their healing journeys.
