✨ Somewhere over the rainbow, in a world where worries melt away and hope grows wild… 🌈💛

We dream of a paradise where every child has a full belly, every family feels safe, and every tomorrow brings a little more peace than the day before. 🌿🦋

Here…everyday…Mama carries so much on her shoulders. The everyday worries are real: putting food on the table, keeping the children safe, navigating uncertainty, and finding a way forward when life feels heavy.

But today, let’s imagine something beautiful. 🌸 A world where there is enough for everyone. Where peace fills the earth, kindness comes naturally, and the biggest worry on a child’s mind is whether they’ll have enough time to play before sunset. ☀️

A world where little feet run freely, laughter echoes through the air, and smiles are the only thing anyone needs to think about.

It may feel like a faraway dream, but dreams have a way of keeping hope alive. And with a little love, a caring community, and people who refuse to stop believing in better days, we can help make tomorrow a little brighter. 💕

Until that beautiful day comes, thank you for being part of our village, helping to face today’s challenges while holding on to the hope of a gentler tomorrow.

May the world our children inherit be one where peace is the promise, love is abundant, and childhood gets to be just that… childhood. 🕊️🌻

Parenting is parenting… childhood has homework and even at the orphanage! 😂📚🐱

Homework still has to get done, and apparently these furry friends have been assigned to make sure it happens. 😹

A little studying, a little cuddling, and maybe a little distraction… but the homework WILL be finished! ❤️🐾

We just love seeing these everyday moments of childhood, learning, and growing together. 🥰

Mamas cooking up some amazingness and we can smell it from here! Chicken, veggies, greens, garlic and stock! There’s nothing like the smell in the kitchen to get the kids runnin’! We are SO happy when we get to share what’s cooking at home! Prices of food are increasing everywhere and Kenya is the same. So when we can all come@together over a delicious and nutritious meal, it’s a WIN! What is your favorite childhood comfort food?

Sometimes the most meaningful moments aren’t the big ones. ❤️

They’re the everyday moments…
The laughter.
The playing.
The little conversations.
The smiles.
Dancing and singing
The school days.
The meals shared together.
Just kids being kids. 🥰

These are some of the everyday moments of life at the children’s home in Kenya, and we love sharing them with you because you are a part of this story too. You become part of their village.

What started as a desire to help provide the basics has grown into something so much more personal. We’ve watched these children grow, celebrate, face challenges, recover, learn, laugh, and continue moving forward.

And behind every update, there are people like YOU who have chosen to care.

So today, instead of asking for anything, I just want to say:

We are grateful for you. And Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Thank you for caring about children you may have never met.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for believing that small acts of kindness can make a difference.

There’s something special about being well cared for—not just physically, but spiritually.❤️

The children recently had the opportunity to enjoy some spiritual encouragement this past week and were lovingly prepared for each day.

Hair done. Clothes pressed. Dressed beautifully. And, most importantly, nurtured in spirit and reminded that they are loved, valued, and cared for. 🙏🏽

Providing children with faith and hope that reach far beyond their current circumstances, and help both now, and into the future.

We’re grateful for everyone who helps make that kind of care possible. ❤️

Happy August! 💛

Starting this month with a whole lot of gratitude. 🙏🏽

In last month’s newsletter, we shared that funding had dipped and asked our community to help us get the orphanage back on track—and YOU CAME THROUGH! 🥹❤️

Together, we raised $2,164.20—that’s a $790 increase from the previous month!🎉

These funds are helping provide the everyday necessities the children depend on, including food, daily hygiene supplies, overdue medical bills, and much-needed maintenance around the orphanage.

Every donation, share, prayer, and message of encouragement makes a difference. Thank you for continuing to love and support these children and for being part of this journey with us. ❤️
