💻 Join Our Board: We're Seeking a Webmaster! 📚
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for supporting your local community? The Friends of the 4S Ranch Library is looking for a creative and dedicated Webmaster to join our Board of Directors!

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your digital expertise to enhance our community’s access to literacy, programs, and library resources as part of our volunteer organization.

The purpose of the Friends is to focus public attention on library services, facilities and needs of the 4S Ranch library. We are a 501(C)3 non-profit organization.
🌟 About the Role
As our Webmaster, you will serve as a key member of our Board, taking ownership of our digital presence. Your core responsibilities will include:

Website Revamp: Lead the exciting project of modernizing and redesigning our current website.
Site Maintenance: Manage ongoing updates and ensure the site remains functional and secure.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Board members to curate relevant content and coordinate with the Treasurer on invoicing and technical expenses.
⏰ Commitment & Meetings
We value your time and aim for a balance that respects your personal schedule:

Initial Project Phase: Approximately 20 hours per month during the website revamp.
Ongoing Maintenance: Once the new site is launched, the commitment drops to a light 5–10 hours per month.
Board Meetings: We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 12:00 PM for one hour (excluding July and December). Occasional attendance via zoom will work too.

Dear Patrons & Friends of the 4S Ranch Library, your input is critical!

The county budget shapes priorities that affect our community. Public input matters — your feedback helps guide decisions for Fiscal Year 2026–27 and beyond.

The budget is understandably tight right now, but it’s important for the County to hear that the 4S Ranch community continues to strongly support — and eagerly await — the expansion of the 4S Ranch Library.
Please take a moment to make your voice heard and help show that this project remains a priority for our community.
