Some examples of achievements:
1) Community input and relationship trust: Lead efforts with City Council, City Hall staff, community groups, town councils and business improvement districts that resulted in established networks of suppo
rters for Bike Share implementation. Over the course of 12 months 100 meetings have been completed
2) Identify low cost – high impact initiatives: Green paint bike lanes, open streets celebrations, bicycle master plan edits and amendments have been accomplished and supportive of the momentum recognized by the state and city-wide.
3) Marketing and presentation strategy: Research and preparation is done from a history of community outreach and familiarity, networks of colleagues City-wide, “can-do” subtext
