CSM (Ret.) Chad Miller served our nation for nearly 30 years—including 21 years as a Green Beret—and played an instrumental role in establishing The Honor Foundation’s presence in Fayetteville. After tragically losing Chad to su***de last year, we are coming together with his family and friends to honor his life, service, and lasting impact through something he loved: golf.

Proceeds support The Honor Foundation’s work helping U.S. Special Operations Forces service members successfully transition from military service into their next chapter.

What an incredible evening in our nation’s capital!

A premier highlight of the night was our exclusive Fireside Chat with an extraordinary husband-and-wife duo: General Bryan Fenton, U.S. Army (Ret.), 13th Commander of USSOCOM, and Dawn Fenton. Their powerful insights on leadership, family, resilience, and navigating the “moat of transition” left an unforgettable impact on everyone in the room. A heartfelt thank you to Colonel Brent Lindeman, U.S. Army (Ret.), our inspiring alumni speaker for sharing his personal journey.

It was beautiful day for fishing and fun earlier this month at Chick's Oyster Bar in Virginia Beach for the Cast & Blast Fishing Tournament benefiting The Honor Foundation!

A special thank-you to THF alumnus Eddy Delgado for organizing this incredible event, which brought together 22 boats and 110 anglers in support of our mission.

We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped make the day such a success!

THAT’S A WRAP ON SWIM FOR SOF 2026!

On September 19, nearly 150 swimmers took on The Honor Foundation’s 6th Annual Swim for SOF—an incredible display of grit, determination and camaraderie in support of our Special Operations Forces community.

THF Alumni, sponsors and mission supporters pushed through 3.3 miles of open water from Coronado to the USS Midway Museum, completing two tribute workouts along the way. It was a challenge worthy of the people and purpose behind it—and a powerful reminder of what this community can accomplish together.

An event of this scale takes countless hours, hundreds of helping hands and an extraordinary community behind the scenes.
