believes in developing the person and the player as elite athletes— and leadership inside each and every athlete is very important to ALBION. It's about shaping the next generation of leaders. 🌟

From the field to the community, our players are stepping up as team captains, learning the required skills it takes to inspire, guide, and represent their teammates. With hundreds of young leaders in training, ALBION emphasizes character, accountability, and the confidence to lead both on and off the pitch. ⚽💪

At the ALBION 12 Foundation (A12F), we’re passionate about ensuring every young athlete has the chance to shine, especially the girls who lace up their cleats with ALBION SC San Diego.

Since 2015, our nonprofit has worked to create opportunities for girls in soccer, breaking down barriers like financial constraints and limited resources through the Girls Get Goals giving fund.

At the heart of the ALBION 12 Foundation is opportunity. Player scholarships open the doors for young athletes to not only play the game they love, but to provide opportunities they wouldn't have otherwise. ✨

On the field, they learn to lead—whether as captains guiding their teammates, as mentors lifting up younger players, or as role models serving their community through A12F leadership programs. These experiences reach far beyond soccer. They build character, resilience, and vision—qualities that prepare them for success in college, in their careers, and in life.
