Based on the campus of the University of San Diego, the U.P. seeks not only to connect with and impact the campus community but to contribute to the greater goal of making the world a better place. Through the simple practice of kindness, it is within our power to increase happiness and reduce suffering in the world. We believe that everyone deserves to be part of a rich and vibrant community, and that broadening our communities benefits everyone. We recognize that by practicing gratitude, we not only acknowledge the grace that has entered our lives, but begin to see the interconnectedness of the system in which we belong.
