Recently, BLAC hosted a powerful Mastermind—an intimate gathering of leaders, changemakers, and visionaries.

We unpacked our BLAC Accountability Act and Task Force, confronting how institutions benefit from Black and underserved communities without reinvesting in them. Together, we set a clear direction: hold systems accountable, demand , and rebuild unity and power from within.

A movement, led by our CEO Tj Harris, is about restoring equity, , and representation where it’s long been denied.

The future is ours to build.
