Want to give new life to San Diego Young Philanthropists? As you may know, our volunteer organization has been inactive for several years. The founders are looking to pass along everything we've built to a new person or people who will bring it back to life! We have over 900 members on our Meetup account and over 450 followers on Facebook. This is your opportunity to reinvigorate like-minded people who want to make a difference in the community and continue to grow the movement.

Walk MS is a charity walk series that take place in over 550 locations with more than 330,000 people participating annually. We've been walking since 1988 and to date have raised more than $920 million to drive groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs and guarantee a supportive community for those who need it most.

About the National Sclerosis Society:

The National MS Society helps each person affected by MS in our area address the challenges of living with MS. We help by raising funds for cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education and providing programs and services that empower people with MS and their families to move their lives forward.

Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to achieving a world free of MS. Through our chapter’s support services and educational programs for people living with MS and their families and friends, we help connect people in our local communities who want to do something about MS now.

***Please note, this is not an official SDYP event - we just want to spread the word about great opportunities in our area.***
