This past Saturday, Pacific Arts Movement joined The Human Dignity Foundation for 'Dignity in Motion', an incredible evening of drag, community, and celebration.

We were also thrilled to learn that Pac Arts is a recipient of Human Dignity Foundation's summer grant program, supporting this year’s 27th San Diego Asian Film Festival!

Every year, SDAFF celebrates LGBTQ+ filmmakers and stories through our LGBTQ+ shorts program and programming. We’re proud to present films that center people living at the intersections of LGBTQ+ and Asian, Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander identities.

This work is made possible through the support of organizations like the Human Dignity Foundation that believe in creating space for our communities and our stories.

Thank you, Human Dignity Foundation, for your support, and save the date for the 27th San Diego Asian Film Festival, November 5–14, 2026!

Reel Voices has begun! 🎬

Meet the 2026 cohort — 12 high school filmmakers from across San Diego County who are spending their summer learning the art of documentary filmmaking. Over the next 8 weeks, they'll develop their stories, interview subjects, shoot, and edit their own short films.

Their documentaries will premiere at the 27th San Diego Asian Film Festival, November 5–14, 2026.
We've been doing this since 2005 because young people with something to say deserve a real platform to say it. We can't wait to see what this cohort creates.
