working. Want to slowly make this the GO-TO place if you are homeless, want to help the homeless, have services that can help or need help, have space available for homeless to use. During COVID Homelessness DOUBLED in San Diego Region!! When people were supposed to sheltering and staying indoors. More than 16,000 Short-Term rentals/rooms have been added in last 5 years. And San Diego City Council approved these businesses that have Residential Property Titles not commercial property!? So they've increased Rental prices, while competing against motels & hotels?!
