What a joy it was to attend Brad’s lecture last week, where we got to hear him perform and learn about the evolution of the lute, tablature, and its accompanying compositions; we also got some time up close with the lute ourselves! 🎶✨

Thank you to everyone who came out to experience this with us. We have two more outreach events coming up to close out this season, and we hope to see you all there as well😊

Coming Up!

The Friday and Sunday, we will be concluding our thrilling solo series with celebrated harpsichordist and organist Benjamin Alard at All Souls’ Episcopal Church!

Highlights include the Italian Concerti on harpsichord and the iconic Toccata and Fugue in D Minor on organ.

With Alard’s performance described as “superbly and sympathetically played” by the San Diego Union-Tribune, this is an unforgettable night that you don’t want to miss!

We regret to announce that our April 28 season finale with Philippe Jaroussky and Ensemble Artaserse has been postponed.

Despite extraordinary efforts by the group, by us, and by fellow North American presenters, we were not able to find a solution to Philippe’s work visa issues. We are working with Philippe and Ensemble Artaserse to reschedule his appearance when a new US tour is confirmed. We will share details as soon as we have them.

All ticket holders will receive a separate email with instructions for requesting a credit or refund. For questions, please contact us at [email protected].

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
